Divorce is often described as the second most stressful life event after the death of a loved one. Even in the best of circumstances it is an emotional ordeal with a long laundry list of all equally important, life-altering decisions. To say that most people going through a divorce aren’t in the best head or heart-space to make those important decisions is an understatement.
